Each year, Women to Watch Awards are presented in two categories, Emerging Leader and Experienced Leader.
May. 15, 2023
The Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS), in partnership with the ICPAS Women’s Committee, presented the recipients of the prestigious 2023 Women to Watch Awards at the ICPAS Women’s Leadership Forum last Friday, May 12, 2023, in Chicago, where they received their awards and participated in a panel discussion on advancing women in the accounting profession.
Each year, Women to Watch Awards are presented in two categories, Emerging Leader and Experienced Leader, to recognize the outstanding women who are committed to making significant contributions to the accounting profession, their organizations, and to the greater advancement and development of women as leaders in business.
“It’s a privilege to publicly honor the achievements and important contributions of these inspiring women,” says Geoffrey Brown, CAE, ICPAS president and CEO. “Their efforts to bring positive change to the accounting profession and their communities deserve our recognition. Without a doubt, they’re driving increased gender equality and inclusion and are paving the way for more women to find their own success in the accounting and finance world.”
